Importance of customers leaving their testimonials is good not only to say what you think but also to let your photographer and future customers about your experience.

I always do my best and give more than expected to my lovely customers. Receiving feedback like “Vilija is an amazing photographer. From the moment she arrived, she put us all at ease and made me feel like a princess. She was so efficient and kind and got all the shots we wanted….” makes my heart melt.

 

When you run your own business you do your best to please your customers, to do everything in your power to satisfy their needs. Every happy customer usually stays loyal to your company and recommends you to their friends. So the most important things are to try to find out what your client actually think about your service and what his expectations are. Is he happy what he sees and read about your service? If he is, that’s great. Very likely he will be pleased with your services. On the other hand, if he has a lot of criticism towards your services it is very unlikely they will be pleased.

So staying ahead of the competition requires not just good skills but also positive customers feedback. Listening to the voice of customers helps create stronger relationship. So we strive to gain valuable brand ambassadors who will spread positive word of mouth for us. Previous customers recommendations are probably the most effective.
